About the project

The site is for a client choosing a studio for a house, an interior or a public building. The studio starts each project from light, so the site starts from light as well.

The aim was to make the form serve one idea: "Light is the first material". Hence the large images, the calm typography and a time-of-day counter with colour temperature on the first screen.

The result is a site with eight projects, a five-stage process and a form for describing the place.

Details

  1. Time of day on screen

The first screen shows the hour and the colour temperature of the light.

  2. Projects with a filter

Eight entries, each with its floor area, sort into houses, interiors and public spaces.

  3. A process with durations

Each of the five stages states how long it takes, from the first conversation to a year after handover.

  4. A form that starts with the place

The enquiry begins with the type of project and a floor area set with a slider.
